Legal Experience
Over 10 years of experience as a family law attorney. Areas of expertise and substantial experience include settlement negotiations, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, post-judgment modifications, high-asset dissolution cases, representing parents seeking to obtain equal access to their children in custody matters, division of retirement accounts, temporary and permanent spousal support orders and modifications, child support orders and modifications, and court appearances.
Represents underserved litigants through the SDCBA’s (San Diego County Bar Association) LRIS (Lawyer Referral and Information Service) Modest Means Panel.
Represents service members on deployment under the SCRA (Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act) as a court-appointed volunteer attorney.
Represented victims of domestic violence, including immigrants, and provided low cost legal services to them through a program at the Turning the Hearts Center.
Fun Facts
Enjoys yoga, trying out new restaurants, and traveling to wineries with friends and family.
Favorite job (before becoming an attorney): Personal Trainer.
